Pre-booking interest is free. Refund and cancellation terms apply only after a paid rental plan is activated.

Joining the waitlist or sharing interest does not require payment, so no refund is needed at that stage.

No-questions-asked cancellation is available before mangoes are fruited, subject to the signed booking terms.

Once fruiting has started, cancellation and refund support depends on tree stage, harvest planning, and delivery commitments.

If the signed plan includes replacement support, resolution follows tree condition, field records, and seasonal availability.

Approved refunds are processed through the original or mutually agreed payment method within the communicated timeline.
